Most of our interior photography projects are custom-quoted based on the unique scope and budget of each client. However, we’ve outlined some of our most popular base packages below to give you a starting point. For clients with ongoing photography needs, I also offer discounted monthly retainer options—perfect for managing multiple projects each month.

$750This option is most useful for smaller projects where you don’t need a full album but rather a couple of show stopping images such as smaller bedrooms, powder rooms, or entryways.

$2250+The full day rate provides ample time to capture spaces in both natural and artificial lighting to ensure we capture your space in the best lighting. We will bring all the equipment needed to make sure that we get the right lighting no matter the weather day of. Comes with a full gallery featuring min 30 images including partial rights.

What to Expect
on location with us
Tethered Capabilities
On shoots over 4 hours, I will provide a tethered viewing option on location so you can see images in real time and make adjustments as we go. This approach is slower approach however we will work together to ensure the images are exactly what you want.
Travel Expenses
I split my time between Denver, CO and San Antonio, TX through out the year. I will provide local pricing for while I am in the area for each city however if a project has been requested while I am based in the other area, a $500 travel fee will be added to the package total.
Occupied Styling
Styling is incredibly important for magazine ready images. You can chose to style yourself, hire a stylist of your choice or if you would like a referral, I would be happy to provide you my short list of preferred stylist. I will make minor adjustments on location of what is there however my focus will be the photography.
Crediting
When posting on any website, include "photos by Cassie.Work Photography" in the byline. When posting on Instagram, tag @cassie.work in the photo itself as well as the caption. No alterations to images are allowed unless you have purchased full photo rights. Post shoot delivery you may purchase full rights for individual images if needed!
Post Production and Editing
Removal of cords, canned lights, and general corrections work are included in all edited galleries. I will also include a second round of edits to your top 3-5 images to ensure they are social and website ready. Additional photoshop work such as swapping art, detailed touch ups, etc require more time and will be an additional charge.
Cost Sharing
Bring down your hourly rate by partnering with other companies for a cost sharing shoot. Each partner will retain partial rights of the images without needing to purchase additional licenses.
Let’s Talk Photo Rights
Included: Partial Rights
These include being able to post on social media, website portfolios, and media submissions with proper crediting and no alterations to the images. With partial rights you are not allowed to gift images to brands or promise images in exchange for products. All redistribution and production rights are retained by Cassie.Work
Full Photo Rights
For brands seeking complete ownership of the images without the need for crediting, full image rights are available. Pricing is determined on a per-image basis, contingent upon usage. Typically favored by larger brands with extensive print marketing requirements or engaging in multiple brand partnerships. All redistribution and production rights are retained by Cassie.Work
Additional Licenses
Additional rights or licenses to the photos are available to purchase for third parties that partner with you on shoots. You also have the option to cost share the shoot prior at a discounted rate or purchase individual images afterwards.
